Maintain financial operations systems and data accuracy.
Drive FinOps projects with stakeholder engagement and process improvements.
Support merchant settlements, payment processing, and financial forecasting.
Contribute to automation and process improvements to boost efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA/CPA/CMA preferred.
2-4 years in Finance Operations or similar middle/back-office roles.
Proficiency with reconciliation tools, FinOps platforms, and advanced Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Business-level English; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and leading projects.
