Work with product teams to automate reconciliations across products and regions.
Learn how Xendit operates from the ground up and impact the organization.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Resolve unreconciled transactions with product, partnerships and finance.

🎯 Requirements

Degree in management, accounting, or finance; 1-3 years experience.
Excellent English verbal and written communication.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail oriented; able to spot patterns in data.
Experience with reconciliation tools and SQL.
Experience in payments/fintech/financial services is a plus.
