• At least a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, preferably complemented by CPA or equivalent
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in accounting, finance operations, financial

• Strong grasp of internal controls in a financial institution setting.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English with exceptional communication and collaboration skills across
