Develop detailed fire alarm system designs.
Use CAD, Revit, or other design tools for code-safe drawings.
Ensure designs meet local, state, and national fire codes.
Perform site surveys to inspect building features and systems.
Prepare technical reports, specifications, design drawings and presentations.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate fire alarm systems into building designs.

🎯 Requirements

Five (5)+ years experience designing fire alarm systems.
NICET Level III or IV certification in Fire Alarm Systems is preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools.
Strong understanding of NFPA codes and local fire codes.
Experience with mass notification systems or integrated life safety solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
