Fire Sprinkler Designer

📋 Description

• Design and layout fire sprinkler systems (wet/dry/pre-action).
• Use AutoSprink (AutoCAD) and Revit for production designs.
• Coordinate piping with architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical components.
• Perform hydraulic calculations and derive fabrication-ready dimensions.
• Read construction documents; apply NFPA standards as needed.
• Prepare design submittals and manage permits and approvals.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of fire protection design experience.
• Proven AutoSprink or HydraCAD and/or Revit experience.
• NICET Level III–IV in Water-Based Systems Layout preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 13, 13R, 13D and related standards.
• Experience with BIM coordination and multi-system design.
• Ability to travel in area and obtain required licenses.
