Fire Sprinkler Inspector

📋 Description

• Conduct regular inspections of fire sprinkler systems, including pipes, valves, sprinkler heads
• Test and evaluate system functionality, including alarms, control valves, and piping systems, and
• Identify potential fire hazards and document deficiencies in detailed reports, including
• Collaborate with engineers, maintenance teams, and contractors to address fire safety concerns and
• Educate staff on fire sprinkler system operation, maintenance, and testing procedures
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and system performance for compliance and safety

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in fire sprinkler inspection, installation, or quality control within commercial or
• Working knowledge of NFPA standards (e.g., NFPA 13, 14, 20, 24, 25)
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, shop drawings, and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, inspection/reporting tools)
• Ability to work full-time on an active construction site
