Fitter / Welder - Night Shift

📋 Description

• Perform fitting and welding of high-precision stainless and carbon steel assemblies.
• Follow Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and engineering drawings.
• Work on engineered-to-order combustion components with tight fit-up.
• Operate independently, maintain equipment, and uphold safety standards.
• Deliver welds that meet post-weld testing criteria.
• Use positioners, pinwheels, and shop measuring tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years advanced welding experience or equivalent.
• TIG (GTAW) on stainless and carbon steel; 6G all-TIG on 2 1/2" pipes.
• Strong FCAW/MIG proficiency; pass 3G plate test.
• Proficient in at least three processes: GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, GTAW, SAW.
• Familiar with API, B31.3, UW-51/52, B1.1, STS codes.
• Read engineering drawings, blueprint reading, fit-up, and tolerances.
