📋 Description

• Own the annual fixed asset inventory
• Structure the asset register and define data standards
• Define capitalization lifecycle from CIP to activation
• Manage public funding and grant bookings
• Automate purchase-to-asset process in NetSuite/NetAssets
• Support audit readiness and external auditors

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in fixed asset accounting and depreciation
• Experience with public funding and grants booking
• Hands-on with year-end physical inventories and reconciliations
• Process improvement and documentation mindset
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Clear communication in English and German
