Fixed Income Underwriting Specialist – Municipal Bonds

📋 Description

• Research market trends; run data queries; analyze info for partners.
• Process trades across trading systems; resolve issues.
• Partner with Accounting to ensure correct postings; provide month-end and P&L.
• Support marketing of municipal bond underwritings.
• Coordinate with Public Finance Bankers and Sales Reps on marketing/new issues.
• Develop knowledge of issue structure; review bond docs; prep new-issue materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Proactive and analytical; strong decision-making under deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project skills.
• Proficient with computers; strong Excel skills a plus.
• 1–3 years experience; fixed income/trade support a plus.
• FINRA Series 52 license required within 90 days.
• SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 required within 6 months.
