Fleet and Supply Market Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Hybrid role reporting to the LA Market Site Lead to scale Waymo’s autonomous fleet operations.
• Lead vendor management, depot operations, and align safety/compliance with regulatory protocols.
• Support market commercialization, stakeholder alignment, and contingency planning for market scale.
• Oversee supply and demand planning, matching staffing with operational needs and in-service supply.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, systems, and performance metrics to reduce costs.
• Lead market expansion initiatives using data insights and collaborative partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in operations management, preferably in fleet, transportation, or logistics with strong
• Excellent leadership, strategic execution, and performance improvement capabilities.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; experience with data analytics tools and reporting
• Bachelor’s degree, or 6+ years in program management/operations/strategy if no degree.
• Strong communication/presentation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range 169,000 – 177,000 USD; bonus/equity programs and comprehensive benefits.
