Fleet Engineering Project Manager, Data Center

📋 Description

• Oversee RMA generation, support, issue resolution, and metrics.
• Ensure accurate, timely comms and alignment with stakeholders.
• Coordinate communication across fleet engineering, data center techs, and vendor teams.
• Support Fleet Repair & Remediation with process improvements and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in physical IT infra, data center ops, or RMA with vendors.
• Experience with ticket workflows; analyze ticket data to spot bottlenecks.
• Document infra details and generate client reports on metrics, server mgmt, and cases.
• Communicate with external vendors on priorities, incidents, and resolution.
• Strong execution and excellent communication skills.
• Able to run regular project reviews and drive continuous optimization.
