Fleet & Facilities Associate

📋 Description

• Perform overnight fleet and facility tasks, including maintenance, cleaning, organization, and
• Ensure vehicles are compliant, stocked, clean, and road-ready for next-day operations
• Verify completion of pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report defects
• Perform minor vehicle maintenance tasks (fluids, wipers, bulbs, fuses, etc.)
• Conduct routine vehicle, equipment, and facility inspections
• Support preventative maintenance programs and complete assigned tasks on schedule

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in warehouse, fleet, facilities, or operational roles
• Basic understanding of vehicle inspections, maintenance, or facility operations
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, Joeys, etc.) preferred
• OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Forklift or equipment certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience working independently in a fast-paced operational environment
