🎯 Requirements

• 1-2+ years in service coordination or admin support.
• Experience in transportation, fleet, automotive, or maintenance environments.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with vendors and teams.
• Self-motivated with proactive issue identification and resolution.
• Familiarity with maintenance/fleet/transportation management systems.
