Fleet Maintenance: Regularly review preventative maintenance schedules and ensure all vehicles are
Diagnoses minor mechanical and electronic problems, utilizing diagnostic computer when applicable
Addresses all identified maintenance needs in an efficient manner while ensuring compliance with
Oversees and leads the emergency response maintenance and repairs as needed
Asset Availability & Utilization: Ensure repairs are efficiently addressed to maintain asset
Analyze asset data to identify opportunities for optimization, including right-sizing the fleet

🎯 Requirements

Certifications in commercial fleet maintenance, as well as a minimum of 5 years proven fleet
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance schedules, hands-on experience in diesel engine and/or
Excellent communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
CDL Preferred
