Fleet Operations Associate (Afternoon & Overnight Shift)

📋 Description

• Support 24/7 AV depot operations; perform pre-deployment checks.
• Advance vehicles through states via checklists and sensor verifications.
• Perform inspections per partner standards; log issues.
• Manage daily tasks in the fleet/task system for prep.
• Oversee charging, cleaning, and fleet servicing per SOPs.
• Calibrate sensors and support calibration driving.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma; technical cert or associate degree preferred.
• 1-2 years in automotive, fleet ops, or similar.
• Valid US driver's license with clean record (past 3 years).
• Mechanical aptitude; able to perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to follow SOPs.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; flexible nights, weekends, holidays.
