📋 Description

• Lead and oversee 24/7 depot operations during assigned shifts to meet fleet availability targets.
• Manage team performance, task allocation, and workflow optimization for safety and efficiency.
• Drive safety compliance by implementing risk management programs and partner/EHS standards.
• Lead incident response with rapid root cause analysis and CAPA, with 24h reporting.
• Coordinate with partner support teams and regulators; maintain operational documentation.
• Support training, development, and continuous improvement across depot operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in operational management in safety-critical environments.
• 3+ years in safety/EHS or risk management with 24/7 operations.
• Proven track record leading teams under high pressure with safety standards.
• Regulatory compliance, audits, and documentation expertise.
• Fleet operations knowledge: maintenance workflows and multi-shift logistics.
• Vendor management with valid driver's license; OSHA 30 preferred or willing.
