Fleet Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead and support a team of operators during your shift.
• Oversee fleet maintenance, inspections, and uptime for testing.
• Manage end-to-end logistics: route planning, long-distance testing, transport.
• Develop daily run plans aligned to data quotas; report root causes.
• Own shift-level people management: attendance and coaching.
• Act as primary escalation point for faults or incidents.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in operations, field team leadership, or fleet coordination.
• Proven track record in vehicle maintenance, driver shifts, or scheduling.
• Experience guiding frontline teams in a dynamic, tech-driven setting.
• Proactive, hands-on problem solving, conflict resolution, team support.
• Safety-first mindset in high-pressure environments.
• Certified Operation Manager (運行管理者) in Japan (Freight or Passenger).
• Nice to have: experience with autonomous vehicles or robotics.
• Nice to have: familiarity with Fleetio, Jira, Slack, Confluence, Google Workspace.
