Fleet Operations Supervisor

📋 Description

• Oversee daily scheduling, dispatching, and management of the autonomous test driver and safety
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and continuous coaching sessions with operators
• Frequently ride along on pilot routes to observe driver protocol, safety compliance, and system
• Thoroughly analyze vehicle takeover logs alongside operators to identify areas for driver
• Manage the daily execution of engineering test plans and commercial pilot operations on live

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in operations management, fleet management, logistics, or a related field
• Hands-on background managing, dispatching, or maintaining commercial motor vehicle (CMV) fleets
• Proven track record of managing frontline personnel (drivers, technicians, or operators) with a
