📋 Description

• Running partner performance reviews and identifying improvement plans when partners miss KPIs
• Reviewing upcoming deployment volume against current partner capacity, and proactively negotiating
• Leading commercial conversations on rates, capacity commitments, and contract terms as partners
• Meeting with Fleet technicians and partner leadership to understand operational challenges and
• Designing incentive programs that reward technicians for quality work and on-time installs
• Leading commercial onboarding for new partners entering the program

🎯 Requirements

• Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in partner management or vendor performance management
• Comfortable holding partners accountable to clear standards
• Excellent communication and clear articulation skills
• Ability to build trust with partners and internal teams
• Experience in operational performance management with high standards
