📋 Description

• Running partner performance reviews and identifying improvement plans when partners miss KPIs.
• Reviewing upcoming deployment volume against current partner capacity, and proactively negotiating
• Leading commercial conversations on rates, capacity commitments, and contract terms as partners
• Meeting with Fleet technicians and partner leadership to unblock deployments.
• Designing incentive programs that reward technicians for quality work and on-time installs.
• Leading commercial onboarding for new partners entering the program.

🎯 Requirements

• Build deep relationships with installation and Fleet partners and build systems to ensure
• Hold partners accountable to clear operational standards while advocating for them internally.
• Strong relationship-building skills with high bar for operational performance.
• Comfortable leading commercial conversations on rates, capacity commitments, contracts, and scaling.
• Physical-world program experience supporting field operators and partners.
• Excellent communication and trust-building skills with partners and internal teams.
