Fleet Planner (Boston Logan International Airport)

📋 Description

• Day-to-day fleet planning and operations to ensure efficiency and safety
• Monitor shift activities, vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and future needs
• Plan and dispatch vehicles based on demand forecasts (hourly/daily/weekly)
• Coordinate vehicle transfers between branches
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to manage rentals and inventory

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year admin/office experience; automotive or car rental experience
• Basic computer/navigation skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Organizational skills to manage fleet inventory, repair schedules, and documentation
• 18+ with valid driver's license and clean driving record; work authorization in the US without
• Ability to work 40 hours/week, with day/evening shifts; travel 5-10%
• Willing to wear a company uniform; multilingual is a plus
