Fleet Planner (Boston Logan International Airport)

📋 Description

• Responsible for day-to-day planning and operations of the fleet, ensuring efficiency and safety
• Monitor and track shift activities, including vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and future
• Plan and dispatch vehicles based on hourly, daily, and weekly demand forecasts
• Coordinate vehicle transfers between branches
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year experience performing administrative tasks in an office environment; automotive
• Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Highly organized, capable of managing fleet inventory, repair schedules, work orders, and
• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
