Fleet Quality Associate

📋 Description

• Audit fraud and integrity; flag discrepancies in inspections.
• Analyze discrepancies between check-point results and repairs; propose actions.
• Conduct gap analysis between Quality In and Final QC; identify bottlenecks.
• Coordinate regional reviews with Pool Lead across 12 branches.
• Support project rollouts; coordinate internal and external teams.
• Manage QMS for Fleet Operations; align with Internal Auditor & Compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in automotive ops/quality control; ride-hailing fleet mgmt a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written).
• Familiar with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and implementation.
• Strong data analysis; explain complex problems clearly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; BI tools a plus.
