Fleet Support Administrator

📋 Description

• You will manage repairs, oversee work orders, and coordinate day-to-day fleet operations to ensure
• Assist Fleet Manager with scheduling maintenance/repairs, obtaining estimates, generating purchase
• Prepare new vehicles for rental (documentation, decals, tags) and add to inventory system.
• Oversee vehicle preparation for disposal, including condition reports and repairs coordination.
• Monitor and track shift activities, vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and future fleet demand.
