Fleet Support Administrator (Charlotte Douglas International Airport)

📋 Description

• Perform daily inventory checks and manage vehicle availability
• Coordinate with dealerships and body shops for timely repairs
• Assist Fleet Manager in scheduling maintenance and obtaining estimates
• Prepare new vehicles for rental, including documentation and tags
• Prepare vehicles for disposal with condition reports and repairs
• Monitor shift activities, vehicle movements, and cleaning schedules

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical skills for data-driven insights
• Highly organized in managing fleet inventory and work orders
• Team player thriving in fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders
• Able to work 40 hours/week, including shifts, and travel 5-10%
• Willing to wear company uniform; other languages a plus
