📋 Description

• Welcome every customer with a professional, friendly attitude, directing them to appropriate
• Verify customer documents, check driver's license validity, and assist customers in selecting the
• Offer additional products and services such as prepaid fuel and toll passes, address customer
• Complete return transactions by inspecting rental vehicles for damage, fuel levels, and mileage
• Perform daily inventory checks, manage vehicle availability, coordinate with dealerships and body

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience, ideally with a background in sales, service, or
• Highly organized with strong analytical abilities, capable of managing fleet inventory, repair
• High school diploma or GED, at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver's license with a clean
• Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel
• Excellent communication skills and thrive as a team player in a fast-paced environment
• Can work up to 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts and weekend shifts
