Fleet Technician

📋 Description

• Perform basic mechanical repairs including oil changes, mounting and balancing tires, tire repair
• Complete pre-delivery inspections on fleet vehicles as required by management
• Achieve daily output goals and maintain minimum efficiency of 100%
• Use PPE every time repairs are performed, always including Safety Glasses while in automotive shops
• Conduct daily clean-up of work area and maintain a clean work environment

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years' experience as automotive technician or graduated from trade school
• Hold ASE Certifications in Suspension & Steering (A4) and Brakes (A5), or ready to earn within
• At least 18 years old, valid driver's license with clean driving record, authorized to work in US
• Can work 40 hours per week including day or evening shifts, open to travel (5-10%)
