Fleet Technician

📋 Description

• Perform basic mechanical repairs to include oil changes, mounting and balancing tires, tire repair
• Complete pre-delivery inspections on fleet vehicles as required by management
• Achieve daily output goals and maintain the minimum efficiency of 100%
• Use PPE every time repairs are performed, always including safety glasses while in the automotive
• Conduct daily clean-up of work area and maintain a clean work environment

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years' experience as an automotive technician or graduated from a trade school
• Hold ASE Certifications in Suspension & Steering (A4) and Brakes (A5), or willing to earn them
• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
• Able to work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts
• Open to travel (5-10%)
