🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
7+ years in fleet planning, corporate finance, or aviation trading.
Authorized to work in the US; must pass background check.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred: advanced degree; airline industry experience.
