Fleet Vendor Performance Manager

📋 Description

• Lead weekly/monthly reviews with maintenance partners.
• Track KPIs, scorecards, and SLA compliance.
• Own root-cause analysis for vendor issues.
• Govern vendor SOPs, playbooks, and changes.
• Support sourcing, RFPs, audits, and onboarding.
• Analyze labor, throughput, and capacity for scaling.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in operations with 4–5 years managing 3rd-party vendors.
• Experience with performance metrics (SLA, KPIs, scorecards).
• Proven vendor rhythm management and corrective actions.
• Lean/Kaizen/DMAIC process optimization background.
• Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or equivalent.
