Provide excellent customer service to all parties on duty, including directions.
Maintain front desk logs for people or property.
Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
Monitor CCTV and patrol to guard against theft.
Respond to incidents and emergencies at the property; log data for management.
Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

Personal vehicle preferred; travel between sites required.
Available for at least two shifts per week including weekends/holidays.
High School diploma or GED; able to obtain PERC.
Prior security or customer service experience preferred.
Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Bi-lingual considered a plus.
