• Provide timely and professional support to clients by responding to inquiries, explaining

• Maintain accurate and consistent order information across internal systems, CRM platforms, and

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year of experience in customer service, customer support, or technical support is
• Previous experience working with US-based business teams is required.
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy when entering, reviewing, and managing
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and meet
• Excellent multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple support
• Good technical proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple systems, including CRM platforms
