Support day-of-flight logistics and operational planning.
Monitor timelines and identify scheduling conflicts proactively.

🎯 Requirements

2–5 years in private aviation or Part 135 flight ops.
Prior experience supporting business aviation flight departments.
Experience coordinating with pilots, FBOs, maintenance providers, brokers, and vendors.
FAA regulations and private aviation procedures familiarity.
Experience managing multiple flight operations simultaneously.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
