• Process client transactions accurately and efficiently per policy.
• Deliver exceptional client experience with professionalism and care.
• Refer bank products and connect clients with specialists.
• Provide back-up teller / personal banker coverage across branches with travel.
• Meet referral goals while selling bank products via in-person or phone.
• Follow policies, security procedures, and regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years teller experience, including sales with goals.
• Equivalent education/experience considered in lieu of a degree.

🎁 Benefits

• Targeted starting salary: $19.00/hr.
• Plus $1.50 premium on top of base pay.
