Floor Lead, AFS Operations

📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team of production operators
• Coordinate daily production activities to meet targets
• Implement and monitor quality control for product consistency
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize schedules
• Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies followed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations or related field
• 5+ years in manufacturing/production with 2+ in leadership
• Proven track record of leading teams and efficiency gains
• Strong knowledge of quality control and continuous improvement
• Lean Six Sigma principles; certification preferred
• Willingness to work nights/weekends; relocate to Bengaluru
