📋 Description

Oversee daily production targets and throughput

🎯 Requirements

B.Sc. in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field
5+ years in manufacturing or production operations management
Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement
Experience leading production floors in fast-paced environments
OSH compliance knowledge and manufacturing safety standards
EU Citizenship required; fluent in German and English
