• Customer service with styling advice and product knowledge
• Analysis of sales data and collaboration with Department Manager to maximize sales performance
• Leading a team of sales associates to achieve excellent service standards
• Supporting recruitment and ensuring proper onboarding and training of new employees
• Supporting Department Manager in identifying future talent and creating development plans
• Monitoring store operations

• Extensive experience in store operations and implementing standards, ideally in fashion retail
