📋 Description

• Manage and grow a portfolio of auto dealers with floorplan financing.
• Advise dealers on financing needs with tailored solutions.
• Analyze dealer performance to recommend credit changes and products.
• Drive utilization of existing credit lines; identify upsell opportunities.
• Conduct dealer visits in-person and via virtual check-ins.
• Collaborate with credit, risk, and funding teams for onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years in floorplan finance (inventory financing, dealer lending).
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals in competitive markets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Adapt sales strategies to economic or political changes.
• Self-starter with passion for sales and customer success.
• Experience with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
