📋 Description

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Field Applications Scientists, supporting their technical
• Provide scientific and strategic leadership for flow cytometry applications, workflows, and
• Partner with sales teams to support growth strategies, accelerate opportunities, and position
• Oversee technical and scientific pre-sales and post-sales support, including customer
• Collaborate with customers to understand their scientific and workflow requirements and translate
• Represent the organization as a scientific and applications leader at conferences, workshops

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in flow cytometry.
• Experience in applications, technical support, field-based scientific roles, or a comparable
• At least 2 years of experience in a life sciences leadership or management role is preferred but
• Strong technical understanding of flow cytometry workflows, applications, and laboratory
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop scientific or technical professionals.

🎁 Benefits

• Annual salary range of approximately $120,000–$150,000, subject to applicable location, experience
