Fluids Systems Technician (Starship)

📋 Description

• Fabricate and install fluid system components from a schematic or engineering drawing, including
• Read and interpret planning documents, schematics, data sheets/manuals, drawings, blueprints, and
• Adjust, repair or replace faulty components of ground hardware, test, and integration equipment
• Connect and verify pressure transducers, thermocouples, and other sensors
• Complete necessary wiring of the electrical ground support equipment for ground systems
• Perform high pressure liquid and pneumatic testing

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 3+ years of experience using mechanical and/or electronics hand tools
• 3+ years of experience with pipe fitting and fabrication
• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs (unassisted)
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%. Position is based in Brownsville, TX, however work at other
• Must be able to climb ladders and work in confined spaces
