Foil Press Operator - 3rd Shift

📋 Description

• Reads and understands schedules, job tickets, and multi-part specifications
• Performs make ready by setting up foil, heat settings, and appropriate product dies
• Inspects foiled sheets, cleans dies, adjusts heat and pressure, sets register, and runs paper
• Performs basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on equipment
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace
• Inventories foil and supplies, loads and offloads foil press

🎯 Requirements

• Entry level experience
• Ability to communicate with coworkers, plant manager, superintendent, and shift supervisor
• Ability to read job tickets, press manuals, plant procedures, operations manuals, and TQM materials
• Ability to perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on high speed Gietz Foil/Embossing press
• Understanding of production schedules and specifications
