Food & Beverage Supervisor (Monday-Friday)

📋 Description

• Lead the London hospitality team to ensure smooth event operations
• Supervise service setup, culinary coordination, and safety protocols
• Maintain high service levels and guest satisfaction during events
• Coordinate with culinary and service teams to execute program execution orders
• Train staff and oversee opening/closing inspections
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a conference center or related field
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
• Strong knowledge of service standards and various service types
• Knowledge of food & beverage prep techniques, health regulations, and liquor laws
• Flexible with long hours and ability to lift up to 25 kg
