Food Collection Assistant

📋 Description

• Coordinate allocation of stock offered from food partners to regional centres.
• Provide excellent customer service to food industry contacts via phone and email.
• Maintain timely records of allocations and pass approved invoices to Finance.
• Arrange and coordinate logistics for food across the FareShare network.
• Work with the Food Team and Commercial Managers to identify trends and opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Familiar with Outlook.
• Able to work with limited supervision within defined parameters.
• Able to analyse data and spot trends.
