Food Lab Associate (Temp)

📋 Description

• Pick up samples from various worksites and return samples to the laboratory, ensuring proper
• Assist with conducting lab tests, such as preparing samples of raw ingredients, juices, and
• Perform data entry, manually recording product name, lot numbers, Ph, and Brix on tested products
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of laboratory equipment and inventory
• Comply with safety procedures and regulations
• Occasionally assist Quality Technicians on the production line as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 0-6 months of laboratory experience or equivalent relevant education
• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and ability to drive a motor vehicle to travel locally
• Strong attention to detail; passion for accuracy and granular details
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Communication: ability to convey information clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing
• Ability to partner collaboratively and place premium on team success
