Provide high-quality customer support to our many existing and future members, from initial inquiry
Utilize existing resources, tools, and team members to quickly address any member order fulfillment
Ensure member orders are fulfilled accurately and to the highest quality standard
Contribute suggestions to continue optimize the member ordering and fulfillment process
Ability to support other key needs as defined

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2 years work experience in customer support roles
Self-motivated and driven
Strong computer proficiency including good knowledge of Microsoft/GSuite applications
Preferred: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve client issues in real time
Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and problem-solving skills to resolve member
