📋 Description

• Keep all prep/storage/serving equipment sanitary.
• Maintain storerooms, walk-ins, and freezers clean and orderly.
• Set up dish room and dishwashing machine before meals.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Keep service line stocked with dishes and silverware during service.
• Assist in preparing and serving food per pre-planned menus.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 months related experience or training
• Able to perform quantitative calculations (fractional/decimal)
• High School Diploma and valid Driver's License
• Valid Food Handler’s certification preferred
