Footwear Product Development Coordinator

📋 Description

• Own and maintain BOMs, costing, and timelines in PLM
• Manage sample tracking and seasonal status reports
• Coordinate development calendars, sample requests with vendors
• Support costing, margins, and development documentation
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain data accuracy and buy approvals
• Assist with fit sessions and wear testing prep

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in footwear development, PLM, or related roles
• Prior Footwear PLM experience required
• AA or BA in Fashion/Design or related field, or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with overseas vendors
• General understanding of footwear construction and testing
