Forward Deployed AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Conduct workshops with executives to identify AI opportunities
• Translate findings into design docs and project plans
• Utilize Celigo AI capabilities (AI Studio, agentic workflows, MCP)
• Coordinate with customer data teams on data quality and requirements
• Design intelligent prompts and AI agents to deliver value
• Go-live support and knowledge transfer to customers

🎯 Requirements

• Strong prompt engineering with frontier LLMs, API integration
• API lifecycle management, versioning, security, governance
• Experience integrating ERP systems (NetSuite, Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP)
• Hands-on with cloud/SaaS platforms (Salesforce, Shopify, AWS, etc.)
• Data transformation skills (JSON, XML, CSV, EDI)
• Understanding of iPaaS architectures and agentic service concepts
