🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years building software; production code ownership.
• Take operator’s seat; spend weeks doing someone else’s job.
• Learn domains fast; converse in unfamiliar business areas.
• Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production.
• Strong fundamentals; Python and/or TypeScript.
• Cloud-native delivery on AWS; containers, Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD.
