🎯 Requirements

Strong software engineering: production Python and SQL, data pipelines, APIs
Hands-on with modern AI tooling: LLM APIs, agent frameworks, retrieval systems
Full-stack capable to ship a usable app end-to-end
Bias to speed and client impact over perfect architecture
Comfortable client-facing: demo and defend trade-offs
Nice to have: forward-deployed solutions, startup experience, or retail data scale
